Southeast Asia

Our Work

In Southeast Asia, Tim has been serving as a visiting professor at Myanmar Institute of Theology (MIT) in Yangon, Myanmar, starting in 2009. However, due to Covid 19, a military coup, and the lack of safety in Myanmar, Tim now conducts all his MIT classes online. In 2022, he opened a new ministry hub in Thailand, to teach and minister to Karen refugees who are either students or instructors in the Bible schools in the nine refugee camps along the Myanmar-Thai border.
