Africa

In Africa, Faith, Hope, and Love focuses on Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). In Rwanda, we work with Rev. Dr. Laurent Mbanda, Bishop of the Anglican Church in the Shyira Diocese, teaching pastors and archdeacons. Collectively, these individuals are responsible for over 70,000 parishioners.

Our ministry hub in Africa is in Goma, DRC. There we collaborate with various Christian institutions and groups, such as HEAL Africa, local Anglican church leaders, the Free University of the Countries of the Great Lakes, and an independent group of Congolese women leaders of Goma. We have also provided leadership coaching and consulting to select pastors and leaders on an ongoing basis.
